Information and enquiries
Your journey details.
Your privacy questions.
This notice explains the information handled through the Jetz London website. A trip enquiry includes more than the contact details entered at the end of the form.
Website handling reviewed: 6 October 2026
Central enquiry handling
From 6 October 2026, new enquiries submitted here are also copied securely to the central enquiry management system at JetAlto.com. This includes journey details saved at the first stage, contact details supplied on completion, and the technical and campaign information associated with the enquiry. The shared system lets authorised staff review and manage your request; it does not make your enquiry public.
Jetz London remains your contact for this website and for questions or requests about your information. Contact [email protected] if you need information about how your enquiry is handled.
Who is responsible for your information?
Jetz London is the company responsible for this website and the data controller for personal information handled through its charter enquiry service. In this notice, references to Jetz London mean that company.
For privacy questions or requests about your personal information, contact Jetz London at [email protected]. This is the contact email for the company and for matters covered by this notice.
What happens when you use the form
The enquiry is handled in two stages. Submitting the journey stage can save a partial enquiry before you provide a name, email address or phone number. Leaving the second stage unfinished does not undo the first-stage submission.
- Journey information
- Departure and arrival airports, travel dates and time, trip type, passenger count and any estimate details associated with the request.
- Contact information
- Your name, email and phone or WhatsApp number when you complete the contact stage. The form also accepts a company name, aircraft preference, budget and additional notes.
- Enquiry handling
- The site stores the request and sends completed enquiry details to the configured enquiry inbox so that the journey can be reviewed and you can be contacted.
Only include information needed to explain the proposed trip. Do not put passport scans, payment credentials, private keys or detailed medical records in the notes field. If extra documentation is needed later, ask for the appropriate secure channel first.
Information sent by your browser
The website also records technical and referral information with enquiries. This can include your IP address, an approximate country, browser information, the page where you arrived, the referring page and campaign or advertising identifiers present in the enquiry.
Form-event logs record interactions such as the form becoming ready and progress through the enquiry. Those logs can contain an IP address, browser details, an enquiry reference and event context. They should not be treated as anonymous simply because a name is absent.
Microsoft Clarity is currently configured on this website for usage analytics. Google-hosted fonts are also requested by the page. These third-party requests expose technical connection information to the relevant provider. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not enabled in the current site configuration.
Your browser may provide controls for cookies and third-party requests. Those controls do not remove enquiry information already submitted or records already held by a recipient.
Where information may be handled
Website hosting, security, email delivery and analytics services take part in operating the site. Cloudflare may provide a country code from the connection; where that is unavailable, the enquiry service can use ipapi.co to look up an approximate country from the IP address.
A charter enquiry may also require relevant journey details to be shared with prospective operating carriers or other parties involved in preparing the requested offer. Ask who needs to receive your information before providing additional passenger documents or sensitive requirements.
Individual providers have their own privacy information. If you need details about the recipients, processing locations, safeguards or retention applicable to your enquiry, contact Jetz London using the email below.
Ask about, correct or remove information
Send privacy questions and requests to [email protected]. Include the email address used for the enquiry and enough journey information to help locate it, but do not send identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed.
You can ask what information is held, request a correction, or request deletion or a restriction on its use. The response should explain what can be actioned and any reason information needs to be retained. For details of privacy rights and how to raise a concern in the UK, visit the Information Commissioner's Office.
This page concerns the website enquiry. Read any separate privacy information supplied by a carrier or payment provider before sending information to that organisation.
