A charter intermediary, not the operating carrier

Jetz London provides charter enquiry and brokerage services focused on departures from London. It does not operate the aircraft shown or described on the website.

For an actual booking, identify the operating carrier and the party with whom you are contracting. Ask which services each party supplies, who receives payment and which conditions apply. A brokerage role should not be confused with the carrier's responsibility for operating the flight.

Use estimates as a starting point

Published journey times, aircraft categories and price ranges are planning information, not a live inventory of available flights. Images illustrate destinations or aircraft categories and do not promise a specific aircraft or cabin.

Airport opening hours, access restrictions, permits, weather, payload and aircraft suitability need to be checked for the proposed operation. Links to airports or other organisations provide additional reading, not confirmation that a flight has been approved.

Give enough detail to assess the journey

Provide accurate contact details, dates, passenger numbers and airport preferences. Explain whether a time is flexible or a hard deadline. Include material requirements such as pets, bulky equipment, accessibility needs or a requested onward connection before accepting an offer.
